The Middleton Inn has a total of five accommodations--four bedrooms in the manor house and the guest cottage. All of the rooms have working fireplaces and private marble baths. There are fireplaces in every room of the inn, including the kitchen, dining room and drawing room. A full gourmet breakfast is served daily in the dining room on the finest china and linens at individual round tables. In good weather, breakfast is served on one of the porches.
Lodging rates vary depending on season and whether the reservation is for a weekday or weekend. Rates include complimentary wine and cheese (served 5 PM daily) and a scrumptious full breakfast (served 8:30 AM-10 AM) but are exclusive of the daily 10% service charge and 7% tax.

The Middleton Room
The Middleton Room, with its ornate sconces and beautiful brass lighting fixtures, has an 1830s Empire man's vanity, that is actually functional with a marble vanity in a little alcove in the bedroom itself. There is a queen size sleigh bed, working fireplace and a private marble walk-in shower. |
The Sun Room
The Sun Room greets you with the morning sun as you awake in a king-size bed in an elegant room with a working fireplace. The room is decorated with a delicate yellow wallpaper and pink cabbage roses. There is a private marble bath which includes a walk-in marble shower. The white cotton Matalese bedspread was made in Portugal and is a reproduction of one made in the mid-1800s. |
The Churchill
Features The Chartwell sleigh bed, a reproduction of one which was in Winston Churchill's family home, a working fireplace, and private marble bath. |
The Ascot
Features a very high queen size four poster bed, working fireplace, and private marble bath.

The Cottage
The romantic and very private 1840's guest cottage, perfect for those special occasions (engagements, honeymoons, anniversaries and birthdays) offers a working fireplace in the living room, flanked by a library of books. There also is a Jacuzzi for two which looks at the mountains; a built in kitchen unit; and one bedroom upstairs with a queen size sleigh bed. Click for details |
The Cabin
Escape for a weekend or weeklong getaway to the exquisitely restored Log Cabin, the original house on the Middleton estate, located next door to the inn's manor house. Wonderfully secluded, yet just a short stroll through the old town to the renowned Inn at Little Washington.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one night's accommodation per room is required within 10 days of booking your reservation. Two weeks notice of cancellation r change of date is required for refund of your deposit. All rates are subject to change without notice. |
