Wild Country Studios Receives The 2007
Government Standard of Excellence WebAward

PETERSTOWN, WV. – Wild Country Studios, a Peterstown-based Web design firm, today announced that the Web Marketing Association (WMA), an organization devoted to setting a high standard for Internet marketing and corporate Web site development, named Wild Country Studios as a 2007 WebAward recipient. The award was for the Giles County Administration and Tourism website which received the 2007 Government Standard of Excellence WebAward.

"This site does a good job of advertising the outdoor activities available in Giles County. The site is relaxed and mellow, which is perfect for the subject matter.”

Each WebAward entry was judged against a standard of excellence and then against other entries in the category. Entries were judged on the following seven criteria: design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, navigation and ease of use.

According to WMA guidelines, the Standard of Excellence awards are give to sites that set the level to which corporate Web sites should strive to achieve.
